By completing this form, you authorize White Rock Christian Academy to deduct funds from your Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) account.
A pre-authorized debit allows WRCA to withdraw money directly from your bank account for payments.
Every enrolled family MUST supply a completed PAD for miscellaneous fees during the year.
