What Documents Are Required?
Language Assessment Requirement: Should it be determined that your child requires a language assessment, this will be arranged directly with you prior to the family interview. The cost for the assessment is an additional $150 per student.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
There is an online application fee payment of $150 per application to a maximum of $300 per family. This is completed online after you have submitted all the documents. Payment can be made using credit card or Paypal. E-transfers can be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org (please ensure the students’ name is in the reference).
Step 4: Family Interview
We will contact you to arrange a family interview only after your child(s) application(s) are complete. Students need to be present as well as where possible both parents. We love getting to know you and you getting to know us, this time together is important! *Please note, students applying for Kindergarten will be required to meet with one of our Kindergarten teachers prior to being waitlisted. These meetings take place in January / February.
Step 5: WRCA’s Response
We will notify you after the family interview if you have been waitlisted. If you apply prior to February 1, our goal is to contact you in early February to let you know if a seat is available. Applications after February 1 are processed as soon as possible, on a rolling admissions basis.
Step 6: Pay Deposit
Upon receiving our acceptance letter, a $200 non-refundable deposit per student is required to hold your child’s seat. This deposit will be deducted from next year’s tuition.
Step 6: Orientation
We want to ensure that no matter what grade your child joins us, they have a happy and strong start. Age-appropriate orientations and buddy connections are in place to ensure your child feels connected even before the first day of school.
