JSP Homestay Facilitator

Location: White Rock Christian Academy, Surrey, BC

Employment Type: Part-Time

Compensation Range: $1000/month

White Rock Christian Academy (WRCA) is seeking a Christ-centred, highly organized, and relational individual to serve as our Japanese Student Program (JSP) Homestay Facilitator. This part-time role plays a vital part in welcoming and supporting high-school students from Chukyo High School in Japan, who join our community for a 10.5-month cultural and educational experience at WRCA. Our goal is for each student to grow in language, culture, and spirit through family, church, and school.

The JSP Homestay Facilitator will work closely with the JSP Coordinator to recruit and support Christian Canadian homestay families, transition students into their homestays, and ensure a successful year of cross-cultural learning and belonging. The January 2026 start date allows for a smooth transition as we say goodbye to one cohort of students and welcome the next.
