Better Together Dinner & Gala: Join Us!
With a focus on gathering together in a familiar environment, we are excited to host a Better Together Dinner and Gala in the school gym.
A children’s program for WRCA students will also take place so that you can fully enjoy the evening. We invite you to join us as we celebrate God’s goodness over this past year.

Spring Fair

Sponsorship at the Spring Fair is a great way to showcase your business and connect with community members. As a sponsor, your name will be seen by all participants and celebrated as a supporter of WRCA.

Advertising in the Outdoor Covered Basketball Court
Your banner with the official company logo will be prominently displayed above the basketball hoops in the outdoor basketball court year-round. This is a prominent location where practices, games, recess, lunch, classes and community events take place. Your company will gain ongoing visibility with our students, parents, and guests.
Installation will be within 30 days of full partnership payment and submission of logo provided there are a minimum of 2 banners to be installed. The banner will be made professionally by our contractor and will be 15 feet wide x 4 feet 6 inches high.
Advertising Notes
Corporate sponsorship opportunities will be reserved for 10 business days once the request has been confirmed in writing by the Director of Advancement. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the sponsorship opportunity will be released.
Final placement of all advertising, wording and logo’s will be approved by the WRCA Director of Advancement.
Size of banners and logo’s to be approved by the WRCA Director of Advancement.
If possible, please provide your logo in both vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) and high-resolution PNG (transparent background, at least 2000px wide). If available, include full-color, black & white, and usage guidelines to ensure accurate representation across print and digital media.
