White Rock Christian Academy (WRCA) is seeking a highly organized, relational, and proactive individual to serve as our International Student Program (ISP) Assistant. This 50% part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting students and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The ISP Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated experience for prospective and current international students—from initial inquiry and admissions to program participation. This position also contributes to marketing initiatives, community engagement, and the ongoing development of WRCA’s International Student Program.

Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) required.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with database management and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in education, international programs, or nonprofit settings.
- Familiarity with admissions processes and student support services.
- Experience with event coordination or program administration.
