Bus Driver
White Rock Christian Academy (WRCA) is seeking candidates for an ongoing Bus Driver roster.
The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students and other passengers to and from White Rock Christian Academy. This position operates the school bus in accordance with all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and the Motor Vehicle Act, while maintaining a clean and well-functioning vehicle. The Bus Driver promotes a safe, respectful, and positive environment for passengers and maintains effective communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding transportation needs, incidents, and concerns.

Compensation Range: $28 – $31 per hour
Driving Record Requirements:
- Hold a Class 2 BC Commercial Licence
- Have no more than 1 violation in the last 3 years. Maximum points on the 1 violation can be no more than 3 points. This includes non-moving violations.
- Have no suspensions or prohibitions of any kind in the past 5 years.
Other Requirements:
- Clear Criminal Record Check from the Criminal Check Review Program (CCRP) (instructions for completion to be provided by WRCA)
- Willing to work various types of shifts
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 1)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduation
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Act and Regulations
- Prior bus driving experience
