Why WRCA
Core Purpose
We inspire and cultivate citizens of Godly character who transform their world for Christ.
Christ-Centered with Graduation Options
We offer a one-of-a-kind Christian IB education for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. Our school fosters an inspirational and values-centered community that supports and nurtures the development of the whole person. In every grade there is a multifaceted, inquiry-based approach to learning.
We want all of our students to succeed. By providing pathways to graduation with the IB Diploma Programme or the BC Certificate of Graduation, we allow students to choose the path that best aligns with their strengths, interests, and future goals.
We are proud of our graduates. Over the past few years, our graduates have received offers of acceptance from post-secondary institutions globally.
We empower students to build strong character, acquire essential skills, and prepare for a life of purpose and success.
A Place to Belong, Grow, and Journey Together
At White Rock Christian Academy, community is not just what we have—it’s who we are. Built on a foundation of faith, partnership, and shared purpose, our school is a place where students, families, and staff truly belong. Together, we cultivate an environment where relationships matter, faith is lived out, and every member is invited to walk the journey together.
Families Who Belong and Contribute
WRCA thrives because of the deep involvement of our families. From the early years to graduation, parents are welcomed as active participants in their children’s learning and spiritual growth. Whether volunteering in the classroom, organizing community events, or offering support behind the scenes, families contribute in ways that enrich daily school life.
Parent-led prayer groups and informal gatherings foster connection and encouragement, helping create a school culture where faith, trust, and support go hand in hand. At WRCA, parents aren’t just welcomed—they’re needed, known, and deeply valued.
Shared Moments That Strengthen Us
Belonging is built through shared experiences, and WRCA offers many opportunities to connect and grow as a community. From the Back-to-School BBQ to Christmas concerts and Grandparents Day, each event helps us celebrate together and deepen relationships.
Throughout the year, students and families engage in service opportunities and global initiatives that reflect our commitment to living out our faith in practical ways. These experiences—both joyful and purposeful—remind us that we are part of something greater than ourselves.
A Community That Grows Together
Our commitment to community is more than tradition—it’s a daily practice. Through involvement in volunteering, society membership, classroom support, or planning teams, families help shape the heart of WRCA. These partnerships don’t just support school life—they model to students what it means to serve, lead, and live in community.
At WRCA, belonging means showing up, growing together, and investing in something lasting. It’s how we raise the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
